He appeals the summary judgment granted in favor of his employers -- ShuttleKing Inc., Louisiana Riverboat Gaming Partnership, Marty Negoslawski, Mitchell Goldminz, and Marvin Alger. Appellees will be referred to collectively as ShuttleKing. At issue is the foreseeability of the criminal conduct of the hijackers. We affirm.
